Request a Return

To return your purchase, please login to your customer account page by clicking on this link:  https://account.jayysplace.com or by clicking on the login icon at the header of the main page.  
1) Enter your email address associated with your user account.  You will be asked for a 6 digit code that will be sent to your email.  If you use the Shop app, Shop will send a code that you can also use to enter your user page.  

2) Once logged in, find your order from your purchase history.  You will be able to initiate a return. 

3) If your order has multiple items, specify the items that you wish to return. 

4) Select a reason for your return and add a message. 

5) Click Request Return 

If your request is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your shipment back to us.  There will be a 10% restocking charge on returned items.  Consumable products like essential oils or aromatic oils and incense cannot be returned.  Your items must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. 

If you have received damaged or broken items, your purchase will be refunded or exchanged free of charge.  We ask that once you have completed the return process described above, that you take pictures of the broken items and send them to info@jayysplace.com
