My wife, Sandra and I started Jayy's Place Home Decor and Aromatherapy as a fun way to spend time together working on a common interest while we entered into entrepreneurship together for the first time. In this experiment the goal was to create and provide an online store that sells quality affordable products for your home and office spaces. We wanted Jayy’s Place to have a “Mom and Pop” store feel where customers know that their business is appreciated, and their return business is important to us. We do this by vetting our vendors and by reviewing each product personally before determining whether it will be added to our catalog and on the website. We do this by short delivery times. We do this by offering returns on damaged and defective product. We do this by being available for direct human contact on the phone and/or via email to a real person (Sandra or myself) to help you with anything that comes up and we do this to make sure that your experience with Jayy’s Place Home Décor and Aromatherapy is good enough to bring you back to try us again.
Overall, our customers enjoy an eclectic variety of charming and beautiful home decor ideas along side a more metaphysical twist offering some of the best aromatherapy items that can be found and couple all that with fast delivery and personable customer service. We believe that is a great foundation on which to build success. We publish all customer reviews and in the 3 years that we have been on line we have maintained a 5 star customer review status.
We realize that we live in a universe full of stores offering the same type of products, but we hope that what sets us apart from others is our taste and the personalized service.
